Your data is stored in an encrypted PostgreSQL database hosted on Railway (a SOC 2 compliant infrastructure provider). All connections use TLS encryption. Employee CNIC and sensitive identifiers are masked from non-authorised users.

Authentication is managed by Auth0, which provides enterprise-grade identity security including multi-factor authentication support.

Daily automated backups are retained for a minimum of 7 days.

Payroll records are retained for as long as your account is active. On account deletion, we will purge all personal data within 30 days, unless retention is required by applicable law (e.g., FBR tax record requirements in Pakistan).
